PVC is a new type of building decoration material, applicable to many industries, with easy installation and beautiful decoration effect, which can be used as wall panel decoration. In the process of PVC foam board used as wall panel extrusion, there are often some abnormal states, such as the wall panel is not straight, wall panel convex and concave, the surface is not smooth, etc.. So what are the problems when the wall panel extrusion and how should we adjust it?
The wall plate is not straight. First of all, check whether the sizing mold and the mouth mold are right, in general, the wall plate is bent to the top probably because the mouth of the sizing mold and the mouth mold are not right and are high; the wall plate is bent to the bottom because the mouth of the sizing mold is low. After the mold mouth and the mouth mold have been aligned, then check whether the water cooling tank, traction and saw table are aligned with the mold.
After these reasons are ruled out, there are two possible reasons.
① wall panel products are not cooled enough, the temperature is still very high after the water-cooled tank, distorted under external forces, adjust the method to increase the cooling water of the shaping mold and water-cooled tank or ideas to reduce the cooling water temperature, and then not to reduce the production speed.
② the speed of the two sides of the material is not the same, adjust the method: the temperature on both sides of the mold to the same after half an hour of observation, if there is no change to see which side of the material is slow to raise the temperature of which side of a few degrees, or which side of the material is fast to lower the temperature of which side of a few degrees.
2, the wall panel local convexity and concave. The general wall plate local unevenness is mainly in the vacuum shaping section of the shaping mold. If the vacuum is not enough, or shaping mold cooling water is not enough, adjust the method to increase the local cooling water, through the water seal to improve the vacuum, to speed up the cooling speed of the wall panel products. If the local water open to large is still not flat, then the shaping mold will be removed to clean up its real air path.
3, the overall surface of the wall panel is not smooth because the overall temperature of the die is too high or the extruder host vacuum pump is not working properly, the adjustment method: the overall temperature of the die to reduce a few degrees or clean up the extruder vacuum pump.
4, wall plate crack tendons, see if the wall plate has broken into the water, or the formulation of the lubricant content is high, or the use of poor quality stabilizer.
5, the density is too large, the foaming is not good. First look at the lubrication is balanced, again can be appropriate to reduce the amount of foaming agent or increase the amount of regulator to see if there is an effect, according to the feedback out of the situation to adjust.
